Warranty
Kefren warrants its products against defects in materials or workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase based on the laws in force in Italy, which the customer always has the right to enforce.
This warranty does not cover against defects arising from:
Normal wear and tear due to the use of the product.
Damage caused by accidents, impacts, incidents or inappropriate use of the product or caused by third parties.
Incorrect or improper installation of the product which could lead in some cases to the breakage of some components.
Improper maintenance and/or improper cleaning.
The purchaser is not entitled to a warranty claim if the product has been repaired, modified or altered in any way.
Kefren does not apply the warranty on products not purchased from this website.
