Return of an order/item
In case the purchase is not to your liking, the customer has the option of obtaining a free refund, no question asked of their order within 20 days of receiving the package.

Return the items (or the item) in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with a copy of the sales note.

If you would like to replace an item, please note that you can place a new order. Only one refund per order is allowed.
